Elevated lime and green apple skin scents infused with fresh Mediterranean herbs are followed by some cantaloupe and stony mineral notes. Ripe and well rounded across the palate yet possessing a zingy, vibrant feel, the palate features fleshy pear, lime, green apple skin and mango fruits over a wet slate and minerally saline laced back drop. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long aftertaste that exudes freshness, elegance and minerality.
