in ‘Antonio’ we have commissioned the master to take parcels of Pinot Grigio from Soave and Friuli its designated DOC to craft racy dry white wines with body, texture and complexity while displaying purity through clear lines of structure and tingling acidity. The Grigio shows herbal and grassy elements that are subtle, the cool pear and green melon a little more pronounced. The texture is creamy and mouthfeel firm and pinpoint.
